摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,设备系统更新改造已成为热点。结合上海轨道交通车站通风空调更新改造项目,介绍了轨道交通改造工程分类、管理流程及通风空调更新改造项目概算,介绍了在实施方案概算过程中遇到的几个主要问题,对其产生原因进行分析,同时给出建议和解决办法。这可对类似轨道交通改造项目提供借鉴和参考.With the rapid development of urban rail transit,there's much concern on the renovation of equipment system.Combined with the station ventilation and air conditioning renovation project of Shanghai rail transit,the classification and management process of rail transit renovation projects,and the estimates of ventilation and air conditioning renovation projects are introduced.The causes leading to the major problems encountered in the estimation are analyzed.The suggestions and solutions are given,which can be used as a reference for the similar rail transit renovation projects.
