摘　　要：为考察家庭老年照料对农村中年劳动力转移的影响,建立了劳动力转移决策模型,并将家庭老年照料纳入核心解释变量。以中年劳动力为研究对象,采用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据进行分析。研究发现:家庭老年照料已成为农村中年劳动力转移决策的重要限制因素,对其转移稳定性和转移模式有着显著影响,且这一影响随着照料强度的增加而持续深化。异质性分析表明:分性别看,面对家庭老年照料需求,农村中年男性表现更为“积极”;从家庭人口结构看,因轮流供养等原因,农村多子女家庭中兄弟姐妹共同“受累”。对策建议:通过提升家庭照料能力、完善农村公共养老照料体系、挖掘本地非农就业潜能等途径,协同治理家庭老年照料与农村中年劳动力转移。In order to explore the impact of rural elderly care responsibilities on middle-aged labor migration,this paper established a labor migration decision-making model based on data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),and incorporated family elderly care as a core explanatory variable.It is found that family eldercare has become an important limiting factor for middle-aged labor migration,which has a significant impact on the stability and mode of migration;besides,this impact continues to be exacerbated by the increase of care intensity.The heterogeneity analysis shows that in terms of gender,middle-aged men are more active in the face of family eldercare needs.In terms of family structure,there is a phenomenon of all children shouldering the burden together in multi-child families.It is proposed that through measures such as improving family care abilities and public elderly care systems in rural areas,as well as exploring local non-agricultural employment opportunities,family eldercare and middle-aged labor migration can be coordinated.
