摘 要:该文基于《钢结构设计标准》中二阶P-Δ弹性分析方法来研究装配式钢管支撑结构的稳定性计算,对比研究支撑跨度、八字撑形式等因素对整体钢管支撑的受力影响,从而更准确地反映了钢管支撑能够承载的轴向压力上限值,可为基坑钢管支撑的设计和应用提供参考。同时,采用Abaqus软件研究了带有活络头的钢管支撑的力学性能,对比活络头对钢管支撑整体承载性能的影响,得到活络头会产生平面外的失稳现象,建议加强改进活络头平面外的刚度,避免潜在的安全隐患,提高装配式钢管支撑结构的稳定性。This paper is based on the second-order P-Δelastic analysis method in the Standard for design of steel structures to study the stability calculation method of fabricated steel pipe support structures,and to compare and study the influences of factors such as support span and cross brace form on the stress of the overall steel pipe support.It more accurately reflects the upper limit of axial pressure that steel pipe supports can bear and provide reference for the design and application of steel pipe support in foundation pits.At the same time,Abaqus software is used to study the mechanical properties of steel pipe supports with flexible joints.The influence of flexible joints on the overall bearing performance of steel pipe supports is compared,and it is found that flexible joints would cause out of plane instability.It is recommended to strengthen and improve the stiffness of flexible joints out of plane to avoid potential safety hazards and enhance the stability of fabricated steel pipe support structures.
