摘  要:微针(microneedles,MNs)因其方便、微创、无痛等优点在经皮给药领域崭露头角。近年来,随着即时检测(point-of-care testing,POCT)的兴起,微针集成采样和即时生物标记物检测越来越受到科研和医疗相关领域的关注。综述从基于微针的诊断策略分类、微针可提取的检测物种类和基于微针的生物监测及诊断应用3个方面进行总结,并对基于微针在生物监测及诊断的未来发展和应用进行展望。Microneedles(MNs)have emerged in the field of transdermal drug delivery due to their advantages of convenience,minimal invasiveness,and painlessness.In recent years,with the development of point-of-care testing(POCT),integrated microneedles in combination with sampling and real-time biomarker detection have received increasing attention in scientific research and medical service.This review summarizes the classification of microneedle-mediated diagnostic strategies,the types of samples that can be extracted by microneedles,and microneedle-mediated biomonitoring and diagnosis,with a prospect to the future development and application of microneedle-mediated biomonitoring and diagnosis.
