摘  要:以105份番茄种质资源为试材,采用抗性基因分子标记辅助筛选方法,研究了105份种质资源中Mi-1、I-2、Cf-9、Ph-3、Ty-1、Ty-3、Tm-2^(a)、Sw共8个抗性基因的分布情况,以期为开展番茄抗性基因聚合育种提供参考依据。结果表明:含Mi-1的材料28份,含I-2的材料60份,含Cf-9的材料80份,含Ph-3的材料34份,含Ty-1的材料19份,含Ty-3的材料11份,含Tm-2^(a)的材料47份,含Sw的材料7份。105份番茄材料中,不含任何抗病基因的材料有3份;含3个以下抗性基因材料有78份,占材料总数74.3%;含4个抗病基因的材料有9份;含5个抗病基因的材料有11份;含6个抗病基因的材料有6份,分别为XIHJ-21-27、DT-27-43、722-ZT77、722-ZT79、494、495;含7个抗病基因的材料有1份,为XLJ-226-41;未检测到同时含有8个抗性基因的番茄材料。Taking 105 tomato germplasm resources as test materials and the resistance gene molecular marker assisted screening method was used to investigate the distribution of 8 resistance genes,included Mi-1,I-2,Cf-9,Ph-3,Ty-1,Ty-3,Tm-2^(a)and Sw,in 105 germplasm resources,in order to provide reference for the development of resistance gene polymerization breeding.The results showed that 28 materials contained Mi-1,60 materials containing I-2,80 materials containing Cf-9,34 materials containing Ph-3,19 materials containing Ty-1,11 materials containing Ty-3,47 materials containing Tm-2^(a),and 7 materials containing Sw.Among 105 tomato materials,3 tomato materials did not contain any resistance gene.There were 78 materials containing less than 3 resistance genes,accounting for 74.3%of the total materials.There were 9 materials containing 4 resistance genes.There were 11 materials containing 5 resistance genes.There were 6 materials containing 6 resistance genes,namely XIHJ-21-27,DT-27-43,722-ZT77,722-ZT79,494,495.One of the materials containing 7 resistance genes was XLJ-226-41.No tomato material containing 8 resistance genes at the same time was detected.
