摘 要:针对5182铝合金冷轧后出现的白斑缺陷进行机理研究,采用白光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等手段对冷轧板带白斑缺陷与热轧板来料进行形貌表征与成分分析。实验结果表明,白斑缺陷是冷轧和热轧工艺润滑不良共同作用的结果,热轧发生粘铝造成表面粗糙化并遗传到冷轧工序,在大压下率的冷轧过程中,因润滑不足而产生黏着磨损和磨粒磨损,进一步加剧金属粗糙化,造成表面失去光泽,宏观上形成表面白斑磨损缺陷。通过加强铝粉过滤并提高热精轧乳化液的浓度与冷轧轧制油的粘度,热轧板轧后表面未发现磨屑、粘着磨损以及裂纹等缺陷,冷轧铝带表面色泽均匀,未出现白斑缺陷。For the white spot defect of 5182 aluminum alloy after cold rolling,its mechanism was studied,and the morphology characterization and composition analysis for the white spot defect of cold rolled strip and the supplied material of hot rolled plate were conducted by confocal scanning microscopy,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and so on.The results show that the white spot defect is generated from bad lubrication of cold rolling and hot rolling processes.The adhesion of aluminum in hot rolling causes surface roughening and inherits to the cold rolling process.In the cold rolling process with large reduction rate,insufficient lubrication produces adhesive wear and abrasive wear,which further aggravates the metal roughening and causes the surface to lose luster,resulting in the white spot wear defects on the surface in macroscopic.By strengthening the filtration of aluminum powder,increasing the emulsion concentration of hot finishing rolling and the viscosity of cold rolling oil,no defects such as wear debris,adhesive wear and cracks are found on the surface of hot rolled plate,the surface color of cold rolled aluminum alloy strip is uniform,and there is no white spot defect.
