摘  要:研究了高强度钢(HC420/780DP)-高强度钢(HC340/590DP)-压铸铝合金(JDA1b和Al Si10MnMg-T7)3层板预开孔自冲铆接的可行性,并评估了钢板厚度及下层板材料对接头成形质量的影响。通过剪切和十字拉伸试验分析了接头的力学性能,并观察了其失效形式。结果表明:使用上层板预开孔方法能够实现三层板间的自冲铆接;接头切底量随着上层板和中层板厚度的增加而降低,并且中层板厚度对接头切底量的影响更为明显;相比JDA1b压铸铝合金,下层板材料为Al Si10MnMgT7压铸铝合金的接头的切底量更大;接头峰值载荷及能量吸收均随着接头切底量的降低而降低;剪切接头和十字拉伸接头的失效模式均为铆钉与下层板脱离;铝材断裂失效分为脆性断裂和韧性断裂。The feasibility of pre-holed self-piercing riveting(PH-SPR)for three-layer sheets of high-strength steel(HC420/780DP),high-strength steel(HC340/590DP)and die-casting aluminum alloy(JDA1b and Al Si10MnMg-T7)was investigated.The effects of steel sheet thickness and lower sheet material on the forming quality of joint were evaluated.The mechanical properties of joints were analyzed through the shear and cross-tension tests,and the failure modes of joints were observed.The results indicate that the self-piercing riveting of three-layer sheets can be achieved by using the method of pre-hole on the upper sheet.The undercut amount of joints decreases with the increasing of thicknesses for the upper and middle sheets,and the thickness of the middle sheet has a more pronounced effect on the undercut amount of joints.The joints with Al Si10MnMg-T7 die-casting aluminum alloy as lower sheet material have larger undercut amount than that with JDA1b die-casting aluminum alloy as lower sheet.Furthermore,the peak load and energy absorption of joints decrease with the decreasing of the undercut amount of joints.The failure modes of both shear joint and cross-tension joint are rivets pulled out from the lower sheet.The fracture failure of aluminum materials can be divided into brittle fracture and ductile fracture.
