摘  要:针对离散型钣金车间生产过程中物料流转频繁、信息流通不及时、人员孤岛作业、上层系统与基层设备交互困难等问题,设计开发了钣金加工车间MES+信息化管理系统,通过对人员上岗信息、订单数据、工艺图档信息、线体机台状态、物流运输信息、生产管理决策、实时数据采集与设备控制等进行数字化集成,实现了对钣金加工车间的产能分析、计划调度、作业管理、工艺流转、质量管理等车间生产资源的数字化管理呈现,改善了车间生产过程中各项资源的组织和管理,实现了各类资源的优化配置,降低了生产成本,提高了实现企业的运营效益。为MES+信息化管理系统在钣金加工数字化车间建设中的应用提供了思路。For the problems of frequent material flow,untimely information flow,isolated operation of personnel and difficulty in interaction between upper system and grass-roots equipment in the production process of discrete sheet metal workshop,the MES+information management system of sheet metal processing workshop was designed and developed.Through the digital integration of personnel on-the-job information,order data,process drawing information,line machine status,logistics and transportation information,production management decision-making,real-time data acquisition and equipment control,the digital management of workshop production resources such as capacity analysis,planning and scheduling,operation management,process flow,quality management and so on of sheet metal processing workshop were realized.So the organization and management of various resources in the production process of workshop was improved,the optimal allocation of various resources was realized,the production costs were reduced,and the operational efficiency of the enterprise was improved.Ideas for the application of MES+information management system in the construction of sheet metal processing digital workshop are provided.
