摘　　要：中国传统经济思想是否有分析性,是关系到对其理论价值与历史地位进行客观评价,对其光辉成就和历史遗产进行系统总结及传承创新的重要问题。以熊彼特、泰勒为代表的怀疑论者认为,中国古代似无可与古希腊、中世纪西方相比拟的经济分析。主流经济学基于市场交换的经济分析概念界定过于狭隘,忽视了基于国家管理的经济分析类型。通过对孟子、《管子》、司马迁等的经济思想分析成就加以深入考证辨析和中西比较分析发现,植根于中华优秀传统文化的中国传统经济思想中不仅存在熊彼特意义上的经济分析成分,而且存在更为多样的经济分析成分,其分析性和体系性已达到较高水平。新时期以“第二个结合”推进中国经济学构建,应该而且可以从中国传统经济思想的分析体系建构中汲取经验。Whether traditional Chinese economic thought is analytical is a pivotal question for objectively evaluating its theoretical value and historical status,as well as for systematically summarizing and innovating upon its glorious achievements and historical heritage.Skeptics such as Schumpeter and Taylor argue that ancient China seems to lack economic analysis comparable to ancient Greece and medieval Western economies.Mainstream economics,based on the concept of market exchange,is considered too narrow in defining economic analysis,neglecting types of economic analysis based on state management.Building on the analysis of mainstream economic concepts represented by Schumpeter,this paper com-prehensively incorporates viewpoints of relevant debates and argues that economic analysis is essentially an exposition of economic phenomena and economic laws.General economic analysis includes not only market-based economic analysis,as defined by Schumpeter,but also economic analysis centered on state management.Based on the definition of general economic analysis,this article systematically examines the typical cases of traditional Chinese economic thought and compares them with the analytical economic ideas of ancient Greece and subsequent Western countries listed by Schumpeter.The study has found that:(1)Contrary to the skepticism and denial of Schumpeter and Taylor,traditional Chinese economic thought indeed encompasses economic analysis rooted in market exchange,which can be comparable to the analytical achievements listed by Schumpeter;(2)Like Western traditional economic thought,traditional Chinese economic thought also includes economic analysis based on state management,form-ing an economic theory that integrates both types of analysis;(3)Traditional Chinese economic thought is not as fragmented or unsystematic as commonly believed,but has a certain systematic nature,with the economic analysis of some outstanding thinkers forming theoretical frameworks.Furthermore,the content of traditional economic thought can be sum
