荆防益肾化瘀方诊治肾性血尿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察荆防益肾化瘀方诊治肾性血尿(RH)的疗效。方法 将我院70例RH患者随机分为观察与对照组各35例。对照组口服阿魏酸哌嗪片,观察组服用荆防益肾化瘀方。比较两组临床疗效;检测两组尿相差显微镜下红细胞、畸形红细胞比例变化;比较两组中医证候积分变化;比较两组24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组尿相差显微镜下红细胞、畸形红细胞比例均低于治疗前,观察组尿相差显微镜下红细胞、畸形红细胞比例均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均低于治疗前,观察组24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 采用荆防益肾化瘀方诊治RH患者可提高疗效,降低血尿、蛋白尿,缓解病情进展。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription on the diagnosis and treatment of renal hematuria(RH).Methods Seventy patients with RH were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group took orally Piperazine Ferulate Tablets,while observation group received Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups;detected the changes in the proportion of red blood cells and deformed red blood cells under the urine phase contrast microscope,compared the changes in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups;compared the 24 h urinary protein and microalbumin levels between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the proportion of red blood cells and deformed red blood cells under the urine contrast microscope in both groups was lower than before treatment,and was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the 24 h urinary protein and microalbumin levels in both groups were ulower than before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingfang Yishen Huayu Prescription improves the efficacy of RH treatment,reduces hematuria and proteinuria,alleviates the progression of the disease.
