香砂六君丸治疗结直肠癌术后脾虚湿阻证临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察香砂六君丸治疗结直肠癌术后脾虚湿阻证临床疗效。方法 将我院68例结直肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例。对照组采用化疗治疗,治疗组采用化疗^(+)香砂六君丸治疗。比较两组体质量、生活质量、中医证候疗效,记录并比较两组肠鸣音出现时间、初次排气时间、初次排便时间,检测并比较癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)19-9、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+))、自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组体质量、生活质量、中医证候改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肠鸣音出现时间、初次排气时间、初次排便时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组CEA、CA19-9组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK高于治疗前,对照组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK低于治疗前,治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 香砂六君丸治疗结直肠癌术后脾虚湿阻证疗效较好,可改善患者体质量、生活质量、中医证候,恢复胃肠功能,提高免疫,但对肿瘤标志物的作用不大。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Liujun Pills on postoperative spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome in colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty-eight postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Control group received chemotherapy treatment,while treatment group received Xiangsha Liujun Pills on the basis of control group.The body mass,quality of life,and therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups;the time of appearance of intestinal sounds,initial exhaust time,and initial defecation time were recorded and compared between the two groups;the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)19-9,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)),and natural killer cells(NK)were detected and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement rates of body weight,quality of life and TCM syndrome in treatment group were higher than control group(P<0.o5);the time of intestinal sounds,first discharge and first defecation in treatment group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in CEA and CA19-9 between the two groups(P>0.05);CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and NK in treatment group were higher than those before treatment,and were higher than control group,CD3',CD4'and NK were lower in control group than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujun Pills have a good effect on spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome after colorectal cancer surgery,which can improve patients'body weight,quality of life,TCM syndrome,restore gastrointestinal function,and improve immunity,but has little effecton tumormarkers.
