摘 要:为提升预制保温模板对坝体的防护能力,增强严寒区坝面保温材料耐久性,开展了模板混凝土配合比设计与性能研究。从提高模板混凝土抗裂性和耐久性角度考虑,提出了原材料质量控制技术指标;通过优化设计,提出了满足C50W12F400设计要求的模板混凝土配合比;研究了模板混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度、极限拉伸值、弹性模量、抗冻、抗渗等性能发展规律。结果表明试验制备的模板混凝土不仅工作性良好,抗压强度、耐久性优于设计指标,且具有高极限拉伸值、低弹性模量的优点;研究成果为严寒区预制保温模板的生产和应用提供了有益的参考和借鉴。In order to improve the protection ability of prefabricated thermal insulation formwork on the dam and enhance the durability of dam surface thermal insulation material in severe cold region,mix design and performance of formwork concrete are studied.From the perspective of improving the crack resistance and durability of formwork concrete,the technical indexes of raw material quality control are proposed.Through optimizing process,the mix proportion of formwork concrete that meets the design requirements of C50W12F400 is proposed.The development laws of compressive strength,tensile strength,ultimate tensile value,elastic modulus,freeze resistance,permeability,and other properties of formwork concrete are analyzed.The results show that formwork concrete not only has good workability,higher compressive strength and durability than the design indicators,but also has the advantages of high ultimate tensile value and low elastic modulus.The research results may provide the reference for the production and application of prefabricated thermal insulation formwork in severe cold regions.
