爆炸损伤后起波钢筋混凝土梁吸能能力有限元分析

摘  要:文中分析爆炸损伤后普通钢筋混凝土梁和起波钢筋混凝土梁的能量吸收能力,对比说明起波钢筋混凝土梁的抗爆性能。首先,分别建立普通钢筋混凝土梁和起波钢筋混凝土梁的有限元模型;然后,设置先爆炸加载后四点弯曲加载的荷载组合,变化起波矢高、起波角度、TNT当量、钢筋和混凝土强度等参数,对比研究不同参数组合下普通钢筋混凝土梁和起波钢筋混凝土梁的整体损伤过程,并重点分析了起波钢筋的塑性铰的形成发展过程;同时,计算不同参数组合下两种钢筋混凝土梁的能量吸收值,对比两者的能量吸收能力。研究表明爆炸损伤后起波钢筋混凝土梁的吸能能力高于爆炸损伤后普通钢筋混凝土梁的吸能能力,起波矢高越高、起波角度越小、钢筋和混凝土强度越高、TNT当量越小,起波钢筋混凝土梁的残余吸能能力越强。The energy absorption capacity of ordinary reinforced concrete beams and corrugated reinforced concrete beams after explosion damage is analyzed,in which the blast resistance performance of corrugated reinforced concrete beams is obtained.The finite element models for ordinary reinforced concrete beams and wave induced reinforced concrete beams,respectively.A load combination of explosive loading followed by four point bending loading is set up.The overall damage process of ordinary reinforced concrete beams and wave reinforced concrete beams under different parameter combinations was compared and studied with varied parameters including,wave height,wave angle,TNT equivalent,steel,and concrete strength,in which the formation and development process of plastic hinges in the wave reinforcing steel is analyzed.Meanwhile,the energy absorption values of two types of reinforced concrete beams under different parameter combinations are calculated,the energy absorption capabilities of which is compared.The results show that the energy absorption capacity of reinforced concrete beams after explosion damage is higher than that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams after explosion damage.The higher the wave vector,the smaller the wave angle,and the higher the strength of steel and concrete;the smaller the TNT equivalent,the stronger the residual energy absorption capacity of reinforced concrete beams after explosion damage.
