开展“督查式”监督做实巡察“后半篇”文章的实践与思考

摘　　要：巡察是巡视在基层的延伸,巡察的目的是为了解决问题,做好巡察“后半篇文章”关键要在整改上发力。通过综合对油田多家单位巡后再督情况和巡察“回头看”实际,系统分析整改落实的工作成效和存在问题,提出加强巡察整改和成果运用的思考建议,为油田党委推动巡察高质量发展提供思路。Inspection is an extension of supervision at the primary level,and the purpose of inspection is to solve problems.The key to doing well in the"latter half"of the inspection work lies in the implementation of rectifications.By comprehensively supervising multiple enterprises in the oilfield after inspection and reviewing the actual situations,a systematic analysis of the effectiveness of rectifications and existing issues was conducted.Suggestions for strengthening the rectification efforts and the application of inspection outcomes were proposed,providing ideas for the oilfield Party committee to promote high-quality development of inspections.
