基于课程思政视角的大学生心理健康教育模式的思考

摘  要:课程思政和心理健康教育是相辅相成的,思政内容有效融合大学生心理健康教育课程是“三全育人”大思政的现实需求,心理健康教育是课程思政的重要载体。基于课程思政视角,大学生心理健康课程教学必须优化教学目标,精心挑选心理健康教育的相关内容,开创全新科学教学法,寻求各种融合方式,构建科学完备的课程体系,坚定双效融合育人思想理念,提升任课教师综合能力以及强化教师队伍的稳定性。Ideological and political education and mental health education are complementary.The effective integration of ideological and political content into university students mental health education courses is a practical necessity for the comprehensive education strategy.Mental health education is an important carrier for ideological and political courses.From the perspective of ideological and political courses,the teaching of university students'mental health courses must optimize teaching goals,carefully select relevant content for mental health education,create new scien-tific teaching methods,seek various integration methods,construct a comprehensive and scientific curriculum system,reaffirm the dual-effectiveness concept of educating people,enhance the integrated capabilities of instructors,and strengthen the stability of the teaching staff.
