摘 要:投资项目后评价是检验项目是否达到预期目标的主要手段,是提升投资管理质量的重要抓手。近年来后评价工作得到不断发展并取得阶段性成果,但由于后评价工作是全方位、全周期的评价,涉及面广、数据计算分析量大、提出意见和建议要具有可行性,此项工作复杂性高、高质量完成难度大。为此,本文结合投资项目后评价工作现状主要从制度体系建设、队伍建设、成果应用等方面进行阐述。Post-evaluation of investment projects is the main means to check whether projects have achieved their ex-pected goals and is crucial for improving the quality of investment management.In recent years,post-evaluation has been continuously developed and achieved phased results.However,due to its comprehensiveness and full-cycle na-ture,post-evaluation involves a wide range of aspects,requires large amounts of data calculation and analysis,and the recommendations proposed must be feasible,making this work highly complex and difficult to complete with high quality.Therefore,this paper discusses the current status of post-evaluation on investment projects,mainly from the aspects of system establishment,team building,and applied results.
