摘　　要：泛血管疾病是近年来的新兴概念,很多人对其的认知较为模糊,临床医师也常忽视其的系统化管理。该文梳理了泛血管疾病的概念、危险因素、病理生理学特征及筛查方式,并对其的防治策略进行了探讨。Panvascular disease is a newly emerging concept,which refers to a series of vascular diseases mainly affecting important organs such as the heart,brain,kidney,and limbs.However,for panvascular diseases there is lack of a systematic diagnosis and treatment management system in clinical practice and the systematic management of patients is usually ignored.This article expounds the concept of panvascular diseases,their common risk factors and pathological characteristics,the screening,prevention and treatment strategies,to provide reference for establishing a clinical management system of panvascular diseases in the future.
