摘　　要：目的了解武警部队战士急救素养水平及其影响因素,为开展军队急救素养教育训练工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样方法于2021年7—8月对8个武警部队大单位7373名战士进行《武警部队军人急救素养》调查,用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计分析。结果武警战士急救素养总得分为(51.99±8.46)分,急救素养具备率为25.20%。不同部队类别、文化程度、军龄、岗位、军衔、入伍来源地武警战士的总急救素养具备率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistics回归分析结果显示,机动部队、女性、战斗岗、中级以上警士、入伍来源地为城市或县城的武警战士急救素养水平较高(均P<0.05)。结论武警部队战士急救素养水平总体偏低,应当加强军队急救素养相关教育培训。Objective To understand the level of first-aid health literacy and the influencing factors of Armed Police Force soldiers,and to provide scientific basis for the first-aid health education policy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 7373 soldiers from 8 major units of the Armed Police Force from July 2021 to August 2021 by stratified sampling method,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Total score of first-aid literacy of Armed Police Force Soldiers was(51.99±8.46)points,the level of first-aid literacy of Armed Police Force Soldiers was 25.2%.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of first aid literacy of armed police soldiers in different gender,military category,education level,post,military age group,military rank,and the origin of the army group(all P<0.05).The results of logistics regression analysis showed that mobile troops,women,combat posts,intermediate or above police officers,armed police soldiers enlisted from cities or counties had higher first-aid literacy.Conclusion The first aid literacy level of armed police soldiers is generally low,education and training related to military first aid literacy should be strengthened.
