摘　　要：负面评价恐惧在大学生中普遍存在,是社交焦虑的重要来源之一。若大学生长期处于高负面评价恐惧状态易引发抑郁、自杀意念、饮食障碍、酗酒等心理和行为问题,对其身心健康产生严重而深远的影响。本文对大学生负面评价恐惧的测量方法、相关影响因素和干预对策等方面的进展进行整理和分析,旨在帮助大学生正视负面评价,同时引起家长、教育工作者对大学生负面评价恐惧的重视,为探索个体、家庭及社会等多层面的干预模式提供理论依据。Fear of negative evaluation is widely present among college students and is one of the important sources of social anxiety.If college students are in a state of high negative evaluation fear for a long time,it can easily lead to psychological and behavioral problems such as depression,suicidal ideation,dietary disorders,and alcoholism,which have serious and far-reaching effects on their physical and mental health.This paper collates and analyzes the progress of measurement methods,related influencing factors and intervention countermeasures of college students'fear of negative evaluation,aiming to help college students face up to negative evaluation,while drawing the attention of parents and educators to fear of negative evaluation among college students,and providing a theoretical basis for exploring a multi-level intervention models for individuals,families and society.
