护理风险预警监控预防乳腺癌患者术后并发上肢淋巴水肿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险预警监控预防乳腺癌患者术后并发上肢淋巴水肿的效果,以期为乳腺癌患者术后并发上肢淋巴水肿的预防护理提供参考依据。方法选取2020年6月~2022年6月于我院就诊,确诊为乳腺癌并采用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的患者84例。使用数字列表法将84例患者分为对照组(n=42)和实验组(n=42)。对照组患者采用常规术后护理,为患者及其家属进行术后健康教育,为其日常护理和康复进行指导。实验组在常规术后护理的基础上采用护理风险预警监控预防上肢淋巴水肿。结果对照组术后上肢淋巴水肿的发生率高于实验组(P<0.05),发生水肿患者的患侧臂围与健侧臂围周径差高于实验组(P<0.05),上肢淋巴水肿恢复正常的时间长于实验组(P<0.05)。实验组患者及其家属对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的认知情况和对护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险预警监控能一定程度上减少乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的发生,减轻患者上肢淋巴水肿程度,缩短上肢淋巴水肿恢复至正常时间,还能提高患者及其家属对术后上肢淋巴水肿的认识水平和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of early warning and monitoring of nursing risk on preventing upper limb lymphedema in patients with breast cancer after operation,so as to provide reference for the prevention and nursing of upper limb lymphedema in patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods 84 patients with breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 and treated with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected.Eighty four patients were divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42)by numerical list method.The patients in the control group received routine postoperative care,and provided postoperative health education for the patients and their families for daily nursing and rehabilitation guidance.On the basis of routine postoperative nursing,the experimental group adopted nursing risk early warning monitoring to prevent upper limb lymphedema.Results The incidence of upper limb lymphedema in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The difference between the arm circumference of the affected side and the arm circumference of the healthy side was higher than that in the experi⁃mental group(P<0.05).The recovery time of upper limb lymphedema was longer than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The cognition of the patients and their families in the experimental group to the upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation and their satisfaction with nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning and monitoring of nursing risk can reduce the occurrence of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation to a certain extent,reduce the degree of upper limb lymphedema of patients,shorten the recovery time of upper limb lymphedema to normal,and improve the understanding level and nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.
