摘  要:目的:结合DNA条形码和HPLC指纹图谱技术,鉴定不同来源竹茹药材的基原植物。方法:以psbA-trnH序列作为DNA条形码进行分子鉴定;建立HPLC法竹茹药材的指纹图谱,并应用聚类分析、主成分分析和判别分析等化学模式识别方法进行分类。结果:22批竹茹药材分别鉴定为青秆竹Bambusa tuldoides Munro 7批、淡竹Phyl-lostachys glauca McClure 9批,其他基原6批;HPLC指纹图谱得到11个共有峰,通过化学模式识别分析将样品聚类为3组,基本实现了不同来源样品的区分,同时还确定了用于表征不同基原竹茹药材的6个化合物。结论:该研究结果为竹茹药材的物种鉴定建立了一套行之有效的方法,对于解决竹茹药材真实性鉴定和质量评价的难题具有指导意义。Objective:To identify the original plants of Bambusae Caulis in Taenias from different sources by using DNA barcode and HPLC fingerprinting technology.Methods:The psbA-trnH sequence was used as DNA barcode for molecular identification.HPLC fingerprint of Bambusae Caulis in Taenias was established,and chemical pattern recognition methods such as cluster analysis,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis were used for classification.Results:The 22 batches of Bambusae Caulis in Taenias were identified as 7 batches of Bambusa tuldoides,9 batches of Phyllostachys glauca and 6 batches of others.11 common peaks were obtained by HPLC fingerprints and the samples were grouped into 3 groups by chemical pattern recognition analysis,which basically realized the differentiation of samples from different origin.At the same time,6 compounds were identified for the characterization of different original Bambusae Caulis in Taenias.Conclusion:The results of this study establish a set of effective methods for species identification of Bambusae Caulis in Taenias,and have guiding significance for solving the problem of authenticity identification and quality evaluation of Bambusae Caulis in Taenias.
