摘 要:目的优化紫草油搽剂的制备工艺,并对其质量进行评价。方法在单因素试验的基础上,以浸泡时间、药材粉碎度、提取次数为考察因素,羟基萘醌总色素的含量为评价指标,采用正交设计试验对紫草油搽剂的制备工艺进行优化。结果紫草油搽剂的最佳制备工艺为225 ml山茶油浸泡原药材,浸泡两次,共浸泡5 d;紫草油搽剂均匀、稳定,3批样品中羟基萘醌总色素平均含量为61.17mg/g。结论优化的紫草油搽剂制备工艺简单可行,易操作,制得的紫草油搽剂质量均匀、稳定,可为下一步研究奠定基础。Objective To optimize the preparation process of comfrey oil liniment and evaluate its quality.Methods On the basis of single factor experiment,with soaking time,crushing Degree and extraction times as factors and the content of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone as evaluation index,orthogonal design experiment was used to optimize the preparation technology of liniment of compost oil.Results The best preparation process of linimentum of comya oil was 225mL camellia oil soaked in the original medicinal material for 2 times for a total soaking time of 5 d.The liniment was uniform and stable,and the total pigment content of hydroxynaphthoquinone in 3 batches of samples was 61.17mg/g.Conclusion The optimized preparation process of linimentum comfrey oil is simple,feasible,easy to operate,uniform and stable in quality,which can lay a foundation for further research.
