五指那藤藤茎的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究五指那藤Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia干燥藤茎的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS、MCI柱色谱、D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱等分离方法对五指那藤甲醇提取物进行系统分离,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从五指那藤的甲醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:C-藜芦酰乙二醇(1)、2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2)、3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(3)、threo-7-methoxyguaiacylglycerol(4)、楝叶吴萸素B(5)、丁香脂素(6)、(-)-epi-syringaresinol(7)、常春藤皂苷元(8)、3β,23-二羟基-30-去甲齐墩果-12,20(29)-二烯-28-酸(9)、木通种酸(10)、刺楸皂苷G(11)、hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(12)、木通皂苷D(13)、红毛七皂苷D(14)、yemuoside YM_(14)(15)、胡萝卜苷(16)。结论:其中,化合物1~7为首次从野木瓜属植物中分离得到,化合物11、13和15为首次从五指那藤中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dried stems of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia.Methods:Silica gel,ODS,MCI,D101 macroporous resin column chromatography and others were used to isolate and purify the methanol extract of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia,and the structures were identified by spectroscopic data.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia and identified as C-veratroylglycol(1),2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(3),threo-7-methoxyguaiacylglycerol(4),evofolin B(5),syringaresinol(6),(-)-epi-syringaresinol(7),hederagenin(8),3β,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid(9),quinatic acid(10),kalopanax saponin G(11),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(12),akebia saponin D(13),cauloside D(14),yemuoside YM_(14)(15),daucosterol(16),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 7 are isolated from the Stauntonia genus for the first time,compounds 11,13 and 15 are isolated from Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia for the first time.
