摘  要:目的:研究金粟兰科金粟兰属植物多穗金粟兰Chloranthus multistachys Pei的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶和半制备高效液相等现代色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等波谱学技术结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。对分离得到的新化合物进行体外细胞毒活性和抗艾滋病毒细胞株HIV-1的细胞活性的筛选。结果:从多穗金粟兰中分离纯化了4个化合物,分别鉴定为:pipercyclobutanamide A(1)、pipercyclobutanamide B(2)、(E)-N-phenethyl-3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl propenamide(3)、环银线草醇A(4)。结果:其中,化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物1和2对人乳腺癌细胞MDA-231具有较弱的抑制率。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Chloranthus multistachys.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by modern chromatography methods,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-prepared HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and other spectroscopic techniques combined with physical and chemical properties.The isolated compounds were screened for cytotoxic activity in vitro and for anti-HIV cell line HIV-1 in vitro.Results:Four compounds were isolated from Chloranthus multistachys and identified as pipercyclobutanamide A(1),pipercyclobutanamide B(2),(E)-N-phenethyl-3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl propenamide(3),cycloshizukaol A(4),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds and have the weak inhibition rate on human breast cancer cell line MDA-231.
