摘  要:目的:基于厚朴-大黄药对的主要成分,多指标结合CRITIC-AHP复合加权评分法优选厚朴-大黄药对水提工艺。方法:通过HPLC法同时测定厚朴-大黄药对中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚的含量,分别以厚朴、大黄、厚朴-大黄药对主要成分为指标设计3种评分方法,采用CRITIC-AHP复合加权法计算各评分的指标权重系数,并进行综合评分,结合L_(9)(3^(4))正交表考察液料比、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对厚朴-大黄药对水提工艺的影响,优选最佳水提工艺。结果:厚朴-大黄药对水提工艺3种评分方法的最佳工艺均为:取处方30倍的水,煎煮30 min,煎煮3次。结论:CRITIC-AHP复合加权法结合正交表优选的厚朴-大黄药对水提工艺稳定可行,可为该药对的现代提取研究及复方制剂开发提供参考。Objective:To optimize the the water extraction process of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma by multi index combined with CRITIC-AHP composite weighted scoring method based on the main components.Methods:The contents of magnolol,honokiol,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol,physcion in Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were simultaneously determined by HPLC.Three scoring methods were designed with the main components of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex with Rhei Radix et Rhizoma as the indexes.The CRITIC-AHP composite weighting method was used to calculate the index weight coefficient of each score,and the comprehensive score was carried out.Combined with the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal table,the effects of liquid material ratio,decocting time and decocting times on the water extraction process of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were investigated,and the best water extraction process was optimized.Results:The best technology of the three scoring methods of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma for water extraction process was to take 30 times of the prescription,decoct for 30 min,decoct for 3 times.Conclusion:The water extraction process of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is optimized by CRITIC-AHP composite weighting method and orthogonal table.The extraction process is stable and feasible,which provides a reference for the modern extraction research of the drug pair and the development of compound preparations.
