摘　　要：卵巢早衰属“经水早断”,其本在肾,病因病机首分虚实,虚者多因肾虚、血虚,致冲任不充,血海空虚,无血可下;实者多因血瘀、痰湿阻滞,致冲任瘀滞,脉道不通,经不得下。月经的主要成分是血,心与脾的关系主要体现在血液的生成与运行方面,治疗上应重视对心脾的调理,养血行血,调节月经。Premature ovarian failure is"premature water breaking",its origin is in the kidney,the cause of the disease is the first to divide the reality,the deficiency is mostly due to kidney deficiency,blood deficiency,resulting in flushing is not full,the blood sea is empty,there is no blood to fall;The real ones are mostly due to blood stasis,phlegm and wet blockage,resulting in stagnation,pulse passage blockage,and can not go down.The main component of menstruation is blood,the relationship between the heart and the spleen is mainly reflected in the production and operation of blood,treatment should pay attention to the regulation of the heart and spleen,nourish blood and regulate menstruation.
