摘　　要：通过检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中华医学期刊全文数据库、PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、UpToDate等文献数据库并评价检出文献证据,在循证证据的支持下,结合精神专科医师、药师的工作实践,医师、药师、护师等多学科团队协作,制订了酒精戒断综合征的药物治疗管理路径。内容包括酒精戒断综合征的药物治疗管理的工作流程、工作表格、药物监护标准化等,以期促进酒精戒断综合征药物治疗的规范性,改善患者的治疗结局。This study conducted a comprehensive literature search across databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chinese Medical Journal Full-Text Database,PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and UpToDate.Evidence from the retrieved literature was assessed,and based on the practical experience of psychiatrists and pharmacists,a multidisciplinary team including physicians,pharmacists,and nurses established a clinical pathway for the management of pharmacological treatment for alcohol withdrawal syndrome.This pathway incorporates workflows,work⁃sheets,and standardized protocols for medication monitoring,aiming to enhance the standardization of pharmacological treat⁃ment for alcohol withdrawal syndrome and improve patient outcomes.
