皮肤软组织偶发分枝杆菌感染治疗一例

摘　　要：本文报道1例腹股沟皮肤软组织偶发分枝杆菌感染患者的治疗过程。临床药师通过查阅大量文献,结合患者情况,调整治疗方案为环丙沙星联合多西环素,同时进行药学监护。治疗后患者病情稳定,伤口周围红肿较前有所消退;出院后继续用药,随访患者伤口周围红肿明显好转,皮下结节大部分消退,疗效良好,无ADR发生。This case report described the treatment of a patient who suffered from skin and soft tissue infection by myco⁃bacterium fortuitum.Clinical pharmacists the treatment pathway according to the literatures and patients'conditions.The final therapy was determined to be ciprofloxacin combined with doxycycline and clinical pharmacists also conducted pharmaceuti⁃cal care.After treatment,the patient's condition improved significantly and there was no adverse drug reaction.
