穴位埋线治疗急性期带状疱疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线治疗急性期带状疱疹的疗效及对白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达程度的影响。方法选取68例患者依照随机数字表法分为两组各34例。两组均予西医常规基础药物口服,选择局部阿是穴,双侧合谷、曲池、太冲、阳陵泉、皮损对应神经节段夹脊穴。对照组予普通针刺处理,每天1次,治疗2周;治疗组予穴位埋线处理,每周1次,治疗2周。对比两组患者临床疗效,治疗前与治疗3、7、14 d后视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分,治疗前后血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6水平,不良反应发生率。结果两组总有效率相当(P>0.05),但治疗组显愈率为73.53%,高于对照组的44.12%(P<0.05);治疗3、7、14 d后,治疗组VAS分值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-2水平均较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),IL-1β、IL-6水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组数值变化幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗组总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线可尽快缓解带状疱疹患者急性期疼痛程度,减轻炎症反应水平,患者不良反应发生率低。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of acute herpes zoster and its effect on the expression of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-2 and IL-6.Methods:A total of 68 patients were selected and randomly divided into an control group of 34 cases and a treatment group of 34 cases each,using a random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine basic drugs orally,and local Ashi acupoints,bilateral Hegu,Quchi,Taichong,Yanglingquan,and corresponding nerve seg⁃ment Jiaji acupoints were selected.The control group was treated with regular acupuncture once a day for 2 weeks;the treatment group was treated with acupoint thread embedding once a week for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,changes in Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment for 3,7,14 d,hu⁃man serum differences in IL-1β,IL-2 and IL-6 levels before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the two groups was similar(P>0.05),but the proportion of total effective population(cured+significantly improved)in the treatment group was 73.53%,which was higher than that in the control group(44.12%)(P<0.05).After treatment for 3,7,and 14 d,the VAS score of the buried thread group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of IL-2 in both groups of patients increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);IL-1βand IL-6 decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the numerical changes in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint thread embedding can quickly alleviate the acute pain level of herpes zoster patients,reduce the level of inflammatory response,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions.
