摘 要:数字式交流恒流源中大量功率开关器件的使用产生了严重的传导电磁干扰(EMI)噪声,为了抑制交流恒流源传导EMI噪声,此处设计了一种基于耦合电感的EMI滤波器。该滤波器由耦合电感模块和差模电容等部分构成,利用耦合电感模块等效出的共模负电容抵消恒流源系统寄生电容,阻断噪声传导路径,抑制交流恒流源输入侧共模噪声,利用等效出的共模正电容与差模电感抑制恒流源输出侧噪声。实验结果表明,该EMI滤波器能显著抑制恒流源输入侧和输出侧的传导EMI噪声,且使用较少的元器件,有效减小了滤波器体积及成本。The use of numerous power switching devices in digital AC constant current sources generates significant conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI)noise.To suppress the conducted EMI noise in AC constant current sources,an EMI filter based on coupled inductors is designed.The filter consists of a coupled inductor module and differential mode capacitors,which utilizes the equivalent common mode negative capacitance generated by the coupled inductor module to cancel the parasitic capacitance in the constant current source system.This effectively blocks the noise conduction path,suppresses the common mode noise on the input side of the AC constant current source,and uses the equivalent common mode positive capacitance and differential mode inductance to suppress the noise on the output side of the constant current source.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed EMI filter significantly suppresses the conducted EMI noise on both the input and output sides of the constant current source,while utilizing fewer components,effectively reducing the size and cost of the filter.
