摘 要:提出了一种新颖的适用于分布式光伏的无源无损软开关全桥逆变器,用以减小逆变器高频开关的损耗。该电路保留了传统双降压全桥逆变器高效可靠的优点,在此基础上通过器件复用的方式,增加了无源无损吸收电路,并通过无源器件自身的谐振过程改善功率器件的开关状况实现软开关的功能,同时使无源无损吸收电路的能量得到有效转移,使得所提无源无损软开关全桥逆变器具有较高的可靠性。实验验证了所提无源无损吸收电路有效减小了开关损耗,提高了系统效率。A novel passive lossless soft-switching full-bridge inverter for distributed photovoltaic is proposed to reduce the loss of high-frequency switching.The circuit retains the advantages of high efficiency and reliability of the traditional dual-step-down full-bridge inverter.On this basis,a passive lossless absorption circuit is added by means of device reuse,and through the passive device's own resonant process to improve the switching status of power devices to achieve the soft-switching function,and passive lossless absorption circuit energy transfer effectively,the proposed passive lossless soft-switching full-bridge inverter has high reliability.Experiments show that the proposed passive lossless absorption circuit can effectively reduce the switching loss and improve the system efficiency.
