摘 要:针对CLLC谐振变换器调频范围过宽带来的磁性元件设计困难问题,提出一种基于可变电感的CLLC谐振变换器及其控制策略。分析变换器的电压增益特性以及可变电感的工作原理,设计CLLC同步整流控制电路,采用调频加调感的控制方式完成闭环调节。搭建了CLLC原理样机并验证了所提方案,试验表明所提变换器在各极限工况下均可实现零电压开通(ZVS)并完成电压增益调节,在轻载时具有良好的降压特性,可在大幅缩减调频范围的同时,实现变换器的高效率运行。Aiming at the magnetic components design problem of CLLC resonant converter caused by its wider frequency modulation,a CLLC resonant converter based on variable inductances and its control strategy are proposed.The voltage gain characteristics of the converter and the operating principle of the variable inductance are analyzed,a CLLC synchronous rectification control circuit is designed,and a control method combined frequency modulation with inductance modulation is adopted for closed-loop regulation.A CLLC converter prototype is built to valid the proposed scheme.The experimental results show that the proposed converter can achieve zero voltage switch(ZVS)and voltage gain adjustment under various extreme operating conditions,and has good voltage reduction characteristics under light load.It can achieve efficient operation while its frequency modulation range is reduced significantly.
