核桃分心木活性成分及其功效研究进展

摘　　要：胡桃是胡桃科胡桃属植物,是中国经济树种中分布最广的树种之一。核桃分心木为胡桃科植物胡桃果核内的木质隔膜,含有氨基酸、蛋白质等营养成分及类黄酮、皂苷、生物碱、酚等多种活性物质,但是核桃分心木作为非食用部分一般都被丢弃。核桃分心木在未来有望在医药、工业、食品等领域发挥更大的作用。对近年来核桃分心木活性成分及其功能的相关研究进行系统的综述,以期为进一步实验研究及临床研究提供参考。Juglans regia L.is a plant of the genus Juglans in the family Juglans,which is one of the most widely distributed economic tree species in China.Walnut distraction wood is the wooden membrane in the walnut kernel of the walnut plant,which contains amino acids,proteins and other nutrients and flavonoids,soaps,alkaloids,phenols and other active substances.However,as a non-edible part,walnut distraction wood is generally discarded.Therefore,walnut distraction wood is expected to play a greater role in medicine,industry,food and other fields in the future.In this paper,the related studies on the active components and functions of walnut pistachio in recent years are systematically reviewed,so as to provide reference for the next experimental and clinical research.
