补肾壮骨方加减联合非甾体类抗炎药物治疗强直性脊柱炎患者疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究补肾壮骨方加减联合非甾体类抗炎药物治疗强直性脊柱炎对患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2020年4月医院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者107例,根据组间匹配的原则分为观察组53例和对照组54例。对照组给予依那西普注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾壮骨方加减治疗,治疗3个月,随访6个月。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、临床疗效、强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(ASDAS-CRP评分)、Bath强直性脊柱炎整体指数(BAS-G评分)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分较对照组低,ASDAS-CRP评分和BAS-G评分较对照组低,ESR及CRP的水平较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效高于对照组(96.23%vs79.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补肾壮骨方加减联合非甾体类抗炎药物治疗强直性脊柱炎可改善临床症状及疾病活动度,调节红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白水平,疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on curative effect in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods 107 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to Qinhuangdao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to the principle of matching between groups.The control group was treated with etanercept injection,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 3 months and the follow-up period was 6 months.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,AS disease activity index(ASDAS-CRP score),Bath AS global index(BAS-G score),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,SDAS-CRP score,BAS-G score,ESR and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of observation group was higher than that of control group(96.23%vs 79.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis improve clinical symptoms and disease activity,regulate erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level,has obvious curative effect and no obvious adverse reaction.
