摘　　要：老化期望即老年人对实现和维持躯体及精神功能的期望水平,适度的老化期望可以改善老年人的健康状况并提高其生活质量。通过对老化期望的概念、现状及其影响因素、测评工具、以及老化期望对老年人的影响进行综述,旨在为老年人老化期望的干预提供参考,以促进我国健康老龄化的实现。Aging expectation is the expectation level of the elderly to realize and maintain physical and mental functions.Moderate aging expectation can improve the health status of the elderly and their quality of life.This paper summarizes the concept,current situation and influencing factors of aging expectation,evaluation tools,and the impact of aging expectation on the elderly,in order to provide reference for the intervention of aging expectation of the elderly,so as to promote the realization of healthy aging in China.
