摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士对ICU后综合征(PICS)的干预措施知信行的现状,并分析其影响因素,为预防ICU后综合征的发生提供参考依据。方法于2022年4-5月选取山东省6家三级医院646名ICU护士为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷和PICS干预措施知信行问卷进行调查。结果ICU护士的PICS干预措施知信行得分为54.15±33.87分,处于偏低水平。医院经营性质、ICU专科护士证书、参加过PICS培训是影响ICU护士PICS干预措施知信行的主要因素。结论目前山东省三级医院ICU护士对ICU后综合征干预措施知信行水平偏低;医院经营性质为民营医院、接受过PICS培训、未获得ICU专科护士证书的ICU护士PICS的干预措施知信行得分更高。Objective To investigate the current status of ICU nurses'knowledge-belief-practice of post-ICU syndrome(PICS)interventions,and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for the prevention of post-ICU syndrome.Methods From April to May 2022,646 ICU nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects,The survey was conducted using the General Data Questionnaire and the PICS Intervention knowledge-belief-practice Questionnaire.Results The score of PICS's intervention in ICU nurses was 54.15±33.87 points,which was at a low level.The nature of hospital operation,ICU specialist nurse certificate,and participation in PICS training are the main factors influencing ICU nurses'knowledge-belief-practice in PICS interventions.Conclusion At present,ICU nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province have a low level of knowledge-belief-practice of postICU syndrome interventions.The nature of hospital operation,ICU specialist nurse certificate,and participation in PICS training were the influencing factors affecting the knowledge-belief-practice level of ICU nurses'PICS interventions.
