摘　　要：单倍体造血干细胞移植(haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HID-HSCT)是目前根治恶性血液病及骨髓衰竭性疾病的有效手段。本文介绍了近年来在HID-HSCT的适应证方面新的探索、移植预处理方案的优化改进和移植后常见并发症的防治措施研究进展,供临床医生参考。Haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HID-HSCT)is currently an effective treatment of malignant hematological and bone marrow failure diseases.This review focused upon recent explorations in the indications of HID-HSCT,optimization and improvement of transplant pretreatment schemes and research advances on preventive and therapeutic measures for common complications after transplantation.It was intended for clinician references.
