摘 要:目的探讨25羟维生素D水平与2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者伴发急性脑梗死的关系。方法选取2019年1月-2022年1月医院收治的T2DM患者140例为调查对象,其中单纯T2DM患者80例为对照组,伴发急性脑梗死患者60例为病例组。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析25羟维生素D水平与2型糖尿病患者伴发急性脑梗死的关系。结果单因素分析结果显示,两组间性别、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖尿病病程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组的年龄、收缩压、舒张压、HCY、维生素D缺乏比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组的25羟维生素D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,维生素D缺乏与T2DM患者伴发急性脑梗死有关系(OR=3.584,95%CI:1.037~12.403)。结论维生素D缺乏与T2DM病患者发生急性脑梗死有关,是T2DM病患者发生急性脑梗死的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and acute cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 140 T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the respondents,among which 80 patients with T2DM were in the control group and 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were in the case group.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the association of 25 hydroxyvitamin D level with associated acute cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FPG,HbA1 c,and diabetes duration between the two groups(P>0.05);age,SBP,diastolic BP,HCY,and vitamin D deficiency were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The 25 hydroxyvitamin D level in the case group was lower than the control group,significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin D deficiency was associated with acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM(OR=3.584,95%CI:1.037-12.403).Conclu sion Vitamin D deficiency is associated with the development of acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM disease and is a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM disease.
