摘 要:核素心肌灌注/代谢显像与心脏MR成像均是评价缺血性心脏病患者心肌活力的重要的无创性影像学技术。由于成像原理不同,2种技术对不同性质的心肌损伤和心肌活力鉴别具有各自的优势。该文综述了2种技术在心肌活力评价方面的比较研究,系统总结、分析了2种技术评价心肌活力的一致性和差异,并探讨了两者相结合的意义,从而为冠状动脉血运重建治疗决策提供更为全面、精准的诊断依据。Radionuclide myocardial perfusion/metabolic imaging and cardiac MR play critical roles in assessing myocardial viability of patients with ischemic heart disease as noninvasive modalities.Given the technical difference between two imaging modalities,each of them has its unique strength to ascertain what causes the injured myocardium and differentiate the viable myocardium from the scarred myocardium.The purpose of this review is to compare the capability of two methods in assessment of myocardial viability,including summarize their consistency and discrepancy,as well as to explore the clinical significance to combine them serving as an essential tool to assist decision making for coronary revascularization comprehensively and accurately.
