摘　　要：目的观察飞龙前列爽滴丸(FDP)对大鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法采用丙酸睾酮致慢性前列腺增生大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为FDP高、中、低剂量组,癃闭舒胶囊阳性对照组,模型组,空白对照组6组,灌胃给药,每天给药1次,连续给药28 d。取前列腺组织称重,计算前列腺指数(PI);苏木精-伊红染色法(HE)观察前列腺组织形态变化;酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)检测血清睾酮(T)、双氢睾酮(DHT)、雌二醇(E2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)含量。结果组间比较结果显示,虽然飞龙前列爽滴丸各剂量组及癃闭舒胶囊组模型大鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数均低于模型组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,FDP高剂量组可改善前列腺组织病理损伤,降低血清中T、DHT、EGF含量(P<0.05)。对E2水平影响不明显(P>0.05)。结论飞龙前列爽滴丸具有一定的抗前列腺增生的作用,并可上调雄激素、下调表皮生长因子水平。Objective To observe the effect of Feilong Qianlie Shuang Dropping Pill(FDP)on the model of benign prostatic hyperplasia in rats.Methods A rat model of chronic prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate was used.Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:FDP high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups,Longbishu Capsule positive control group,model group,blank control group,intragastric administration,once a day for 28 days.The prostate tissue was weighed to calculate the prostate index(PI);hematoxylin-eosin staining(HE)was used to observe the morphological changes of prostate tissue;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)was used to detect serum testosterone(T)and dihydrotestosterone(DHT),estradiol(E2),epidermal growth factor(EGF)content.Results According to the comparison results between groups although Feilong Qianlie Shuang dropping pill each dose group and Longbishu capsule model rat prostate wet weight,prostatic index is lower than the model group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with model group,high-dose FDP group could improve the pathological injury of prostate tissue and reduce the contents of T,DHT and EGF in serum(P<0.05).It had no significant effect on E2level(P>0.05).Conclusion Feilong Qianlie Shuang Dropping Pills can inhibit prostatic hyperplasia and upregulate androgen and down-regulate epidermal growth factor.
