摘　　要：对通信铁塔类项目设计方案编制进行研究,从造价管控、效益评估、物业谈判、编制效率多维度进行需求分析,聚焦提升方案编制效率。通过对新的设计方案编制方法进行研究,实现了自动化配置优化设计方案、造价管控、效益评估等,实现了单站设计方案编制时间从平均20 min降低到3 min以内的目的,极大地提升了铁塔类项目设计方案编制效率,加快了5G新基建的建设进程。This paper studies the design scheme formulation of communication tower projects,conducts demand analysis from multiple dimensions of cost control,benefit assessment,property negotiation,and preparation efficiency,and focuses on improving the scheme formulation efficiency.It conducts targeted research,develops relevant applicable tools,and finally realizes the goal of single station design from 20 minutes to 3 minutes.It has greatly improved the efficiency of the design scheme formulation of tower projects and accelerated the construction process of 5G new infrastructure.
