摘  要:目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)联合检测预测H型高血压肾损害的临床价值。方法:回顾性选取2021年2月至2023年2月在唐山市妇幼保健院就诊的130例H型高血压患者、130例单纯性高血压患者及130例健康体检人员为研究对象,分别设为H型高血压组、单纯性高血压组及健康对照组。分析三组研究对象的血清Hcy水平与年龄、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、尿β2-MG水平的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析影响血清Hcy水平的相关因素。结果:H型高血压组患者的年龄高于单纯性高血压组、健康对照组,血清Hcy、Cys C、尿β2-MG水平均高于单纯性高血压组、健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血清Hcy水平与血清Cys C、尿β2-MG水平均呈显著正相关(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、Cys C、尿β2-MG是血清Hcy水平的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与β2-MG联合检测预测H型高血压肾损害的临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of homocysteine(Hcy)combined with beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in the prediction of renal damage in H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 130 patients with H-type hypertension,130 patients with simple hypertension and 130 healthy physical examination personnel who were treated in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and were set as H-type hypertension group,simple hypertension group and healthy control group,respectively.The correlation between serum Hcy level and age,serum Cys C and urinaryβ2-MG levels of was analyzed,and the influencing factors of serum Hcy level were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The age of H-type hypertension group was higher than that of three groups simple hypertension group and healthy control group,and the levels of serum Hcy,Cys C and urinaryβ2-MG were higher than those of simple hypertension group and healthy control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Serum Hcy level was positively correlated with serum Cys C and urinaryβ2-MG levels(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influence factors of serum Hcy level included age,Cys C and urinaryβ2-MG(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combined determination of homocysteine(Hcy)andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)is of high clinical value in the prediction of renal damage in H-type hypertension.
