摘　　要：随着环保要求趋严,排放标准提高,印染企业面临的市场竞争压力增大。为了提升印染企业质量管理,达到可持续发展,通过逆向管理技术对工艺流程进行质量缺憾防控,加强相关人员的教育。研究发现,发挥人的核心作用是精益质量管理首要动力。另外对工艺流程中的能量损耗和错误发生点进行数量、质量和时间问题的控制,能够提高印染企业的内部管理水平和外部竞争力。逆向管理对印染企业的问题进行纠偏控制和工艺流程梳理,有利于解决印染企业经营管理问题,契合绿色低碳转型的要求。With the tightening of environmental protection and the increase of emission standards,printing and dyeing enterprises are facing increasing market competition pressure.In order to improve the quality management and sustainable development of printing and dyeing enterprises,reverse management technology are used to control the problems of process flow and enhance relevant personal education.The research results show that people plays an important role in lean management.By controlling the quantity,quality,and timing of energy loss and error during the process flow,the internal management level and external competitiveness of printing and dyeing enterprises can be improved.Reverse management can correct and control the problems of printing and dyeing enterprises which is conductive to solving the management problems of printing and dyeing enterprises and meeting the requirements of green and low-carbon transformation.
