摘 要:以广东某工业厂房中央空调制冷机房系统为例,对其运行现状进行分析,得出制冷机房系统全年综合能效比约为4.7,系统实际最大供冷量不超过原设计容量的60%。经系统测试计算,夏季某典型日机房EER均值为5.12,日耗电量可达4348 kW·h,主机COP均值为6.67,水泵WTF均值可达50以上,冷却塔热质交换系数εct均值为0.53、冷冻供回水温差均值为5.1℃、冷却供回水温差均值为4.6℃。而过渡季节典型日和冬季典型日,EER均值分别为4.86和4.10、日耗电量分别为1684 kW·h和1431 kW·h、COP均值分别为9.14和12.45、WTF均值分别为32和15、εct均值分别为0.38和0.2、冷冻水温差均值分别为2.5℃和1.1℃、冷却水温差均值分别为1.71℃和0.75℃。结果表明:该系统季节运行模式需要改善,部分设备热质交换效率不高,系统设计可以进一步优化。The central air-conditioning refrigeration room of an industrial plant in Guangdong is analyzed on its operation status.The annual comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system is about 4.7,and the actual maximum cooling capacity of the system does not exceed 60%of the original design capacity.According to the calculation,the average EER of a typical daily refrigerating station in summer is 5.12,the daily power consumption can reach 4348 kW·h,the average COP of the refrigeration unit is 6.67,the average WTF of the water pump can reach more than 50,and the heat and mass exchange coefficient of the cooling tower.The mean value ofε_(ct)is 0.53,the mean value of temperature difference between cooling supply and return water is 5.1℃,and the mean value of temperature difference between cooling supply and return water is 4.6℃.The average EER is 4.86 and 4.10 respectively for typical days in transition season and winter,the average daily power consumption is 1684 kW·h and 1431 kW·h respectively,the average COP is 9.14 and 12.45 respectively,and the average WTF is 32 and 15 respectively.The mean values ofε_(ct)were 0.38 and 0.2 respectively.The mean values of chilled water temperature difference were 2.5℃and 1.1℃respectively.The mean values of cooling water temperature difference were 1.71℃and 0.75℃respectively.The results show that the seasonal operation mode of the system needs to be improved,the heat and mass exchange efficiency of some equipment is not high,and the system design can be further optimized.
