摘 要:[目的]明确吡氟酰草胺和双氟磺草胺混配的联合作用。[方法]采用室内盆栽法测定2者不同配比混配对猪殃殃和荠菜的活性,利用等效线法评价联合作用,明确最佳配比范围,并进行田间小区试验评估其药效。[结果]室内测定结果表明,吡氟酰草胺和双氟磺草胺不同比例混配对猪殃殃和荠菜防效具有相加或增效作用。综合考虑各方面因素,选取2者比例为15∶1进行田间药效试验,结果表明,16%吡氟酰草胺·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂72~192 g a.i./hm^(2)应用于小麦田苗后除草,对多种一年生阔叶杂草均有较高的防除效果,45 d株防效可达80%以上,鲜质量防效可达90%以上。[结论]该产品除草效果显著,且对小麦安全,推荐16%吡氟酰草胺·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂96~120 g a.i./hm^(2)应用于小麦田苗后除草。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the synergistic effect of diflufenican and florasulam mixture.[Methods]The herbicidal activity against Galium aparine and Capsella bursa-pastoris was tested by laboratory pot test,the synergistic effect and the best ratio range of the two herbicides were evaluated by isoboles,and the efficacy was verified by field plot efficacy test.[Results]The results showed that the composition of diflufenican and florasulam mixed with different ratios had additive or synergistic effects on G.aparine and C.bursa-pastoris.Taking account of various factors,a ratio of 15∶1 was chosen for field trial.As a result,diflufenican·florasulam 16%SC at 72-192 g a.i./ha had a high control effect on annual broad-leave weeds in wheat fields.The plant control efficiency was more than 80%,and the fresh weight control efficiency was over 90%on day 45 after treatment.[Conclusions]Diflufenican·florasulam 16%SC is effective in weed control and safe for wheat,and it is recommended to use it at 96-120 g a.i./ha for post-emergence control of weeds in wheat fields.
