农村空巢老人心理韧性对自我养老能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨农村空巢老人自我养老能力与心理韧性的关系,为提高农村空巢老人的自我养老能力提供参考。方法:2021年2月至2023年3月,使用一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表以及自我养老能力量表对辽宁省朝阳县的925名农村空巢老人进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 23.0对数据进行描述性分析、Pearson相关分析统计、单因素和分层回归分析。结果:农村空巢老人的心理韧性得分为(80.21±6.35)分,自我养老能力得分为(140.45±17.59)分。单因素分析结果显示,农村空巢老人心理韧性与自我养老能力在年龄、性别、婚姻状况、学历、家庭人均月收入、自评自理能力方面均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。心理韧性与自我养老能力之间呈正相关(r=0.509,P<0.001)。分层回归分析结果显示,不同学历、家庭人均收入水平、婚姻可以解释自我养老能力总分变异的12.0%;控制一般资料后,心理韧性(B=1.460,P<0.01)可以解释自我养老能力总变异的26.2%。结论:为提升农村空巢老人的自我养老能力,社区医护人员应着重关注教育程度较低、经济收入不高、无配偶以及心理韧性评估得分偏低的群体。Objective To investigate the relationship between the self care ability and psychological resilience of rural empty nest elderly,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of self care ability of empty nest elderly.Methods From February 2021 to March 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 925 rural empty-nesters in Chaoyang County,Liaoning Province using general information questionnaire,resilience scale,and self-support capacity scale.SPSS 23.0 was used for descriptive statistics of the data,Pearson correlation analysis,and univariate and stratified regression analysis.Results The score of psychological resilience of rural empty nest elderly was(80.21±6.35),and the score of self-support ability was(140.45±17.59).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in psychological resilience and self-support ability of rural empty nest elderly in terms of age,gender,marital status,education level,family monthly per capita income,and self-rated self-care ability(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between psychological resilience and self-support ability(r=0.509,P<0.001).The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that in the first layer,different education levels,family monthly per capita income,and marital status could explain 12.0%of the total variance in self-support ability.After controlling for general information,psychological resilience(B=1.460,P<0.01)could explain 26.2%of the total variance in self-support ability.Conclusion To enhance the self-support ability of rural empty nest elderly,community health care workers should focus on the groups with lower educational level,lower economic income,no spouse,and lower psychological resilience assessment scores.
