慢性病患者主动健康行为量表编制和信效度评价

摘　　要：目的:编制慢性病患者主动健康行为评估量表,并检验其信效度。方法:采用文献研究、专家咨询、现场调查等方法对湖北省宜昌市334例慢性病患者开展问卷调查,采用SPSS 23.00及R 4.2.2软件检验量表的信度和效度。结果:慢性病患者主动健康行为量表包括个体健康责任、心理压力应对、运动锻炼行为、营养膳食行为和人际关系支持共5个维度。量表的内容效度较好(S-CVI=0.917),验证性因子分析显示,结构模型拟合良好(RMSEA=0.067,CFI=0.920,TLI=0.905,SRMR=0.050)。主动健康行为量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.904;量表中各维度的Cronbach'sα系数为0.804~0.870。总量表的Guttman折半信度系数为0.879,各维度折半系数为0.775~0.854。结论:慢性病患者主动健康行为量表具有良好的信效度,可作为我国慢性病患者主动健康行为的有效评估工具。Objective To develop the proactive health behavior scale for patients with chronic diseases,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 334 patients with chronic diseases by literature research,expert consultation and field investigation,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested by SPSS 23.00 and R 4.2.2 softwares.Results The proactive health behavior scale for patients with chronic diseases had a good content validity(S-CVI=0.917)with five dimensions:individual health responsibility,psychological stress coping,sports and exercise behaviors,nutritional and dietary behaviors,and interpersonal relationship support.The validation factor analysis showed that the structural model fitted well(RMSEA=0.067,CFI=0.920,TLI=0.905,SRMR=0.050).The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.904,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the dimensions in the scale were in the range of 0.804 to 0.870.The Guttman folded half reliability coefficient for the total scale was 0.879,and the folded half coefficients for the dimensions were between 0.775 to 0.854.Conclusion The proactive health behavior scale for patients with chronic diseases has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the proactive health behaviors of patients with chronic diseases in China.
