摘 要:目的识别叔丁胺技改项目职业病危害因素,分析职业病危害防护措施,提出关键控制点和防护的特殊要求。方法2021年通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法对该建设项目职业病危害进行评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有氨、丁烯、噪声。有毒物质检测合格率100%,噪声测量合格率100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害防护措施有效可行,应重点防止氨泄漏对作业人员皮肤、黏膜的灼伤和中毒。Objective To identify the occupational hazards in carrying out a tert-butylam technical renovation project,and analyze the occupational protection measures,then put forward critical control points and special requirements for protection.Methods Field occupational health investigation and inspection were conducted to assess occupational hazards in the implementation of the project in 2021.Results The main hazards detected in the production process were ammonia,butene and noise,and the toxic substance exposures and noise exposures were found to be lower than the occupational expo⁃sure limits.Conclusion Although the risk of occupational hazards in implementing the project is high,the occupational protection measures are feasible and effective,and the priority of protection is preventing ammonia leakage-induced chemi⁃cal burns and toxicity to the skin and mucous of the operator.
