复合肥料中有效磷含量测定能力验证研究

摘　　要：通过参加华测检测认证集团股份有限公司组织的复合肥料中有效磷含量测定的能力验证,提升实验室检验检测能力,促进质量管理体系更加有效运行。根据《复混肥料中有效磷含量检测能力验证作业指导书》和GB/T 15063—2020《复合肥料》标准要求,开展有效磷含量测定,检测结果为12.44%,能力验证结果为满意。通过对整个试验过程的分析研究,指出影响检测结果的关键因素,提出合理的试验方案,进一步提升检验检测能力和能力验证通过率。By participating in the verification of the ability to determine the effective phosphorus content in compound fertilizers organized by Huace Testing and Certification Group Co.,Ltd.,the laboratory's testing and testing capabilities have been improved,promoting the more effective operation of the quality management system.In accordance with the Guidelines for Verification of Effective Phosphorus Content in Compound Fertilizers and the requirements of the GB/T 150632020 Compound fertilizers,effective phosphorus content determination has been carried out,and the test result is 12.44%.The ability verification result is satisfactory.By analyzing and studying the entire experimental process,identifying the key factors that affect the detection results,proposing a reasonable experimental plan,and further improving the inspection and detection capabilities and the ability verification pass rate.
