摘　　要：检验检测技术在保障兽用抗生素产品质量中发挥着重要作用。管碟法是抗生素效价测定常用的方法之一。本文针对抗生素效价测定过程中常见的一些技术问题进行总结梳理,结合日常实践,对影响结果准确性的关键环节进行剖析,提出合理化建议,以供兽药检验检测实验室参考。Testing technology plays an important role in ensuring the quality of veterinary antibiotic products.The tube plate method is one of the commonly used methods for determining the potency of antibiotics.This article summarized and sorted out some common technical issues in the process of determining antibiotic potency.Combining with daily practice,it analyzed the key links that affected the accuracy of results,and put forward reasonable suggestions for reference by veterinary drug testing laboratories.
